Our team includes students, faculty, organizations, institutions, and advocates around Minnesota and across the United States and the world. My youngest daughter was 13, the average age of youth caught in trafficking, when I first became aware of trafficking in Minnesota and this propelled me to explore how design can be used in the fight against trafficking. I founded Culturally Enriched Communities and Design Against Trafficking with the vision to create built environments where everyone can thrive.

Support for designagainsttrafficking.com was provided by the University of Minnesota’s Imagine Fund.
